With generous funding from the Lilly Foundation, the Theology of Work Project is partnering with the Windrider Institute to curate the Theology of Work Film Collection, bringing together a wide range of films from diverse perspectives to help viewers connect with God's purpose for their work. At the recent 2026 Windrider Summit, TOW Executive Director, Leah Archibald, and TOW's Director of Hispanic Initiatives, Fernando Tamara, presented the inaugural Theology of Work Award to The Perfect Tomato (El Tomate Perfecto), directed by Cristobal Abugaber.
